Swift and professional waste clearance team expertly remove illegal waste for Enfield Council.

The McGrath Group have embarked upon a new site clearance, removing fly-tipped waste from a site in Edmonton, north London; facilitating the regeneration of land for Enfield Council.

McGrath have specialist experience of managing full site waste clearances and handling mixed fly-tipped waste, including hazardous material. McGrath deployed their specialised team in this two-week project clearing waste dumped by un-licenced waste carriers at the site in Edmonton, just off the North Circular Road.

State-of-the-art waste recycling equipment used on this site included a 360 Excavator to pick the waste and load into various RORO and Artic lorries for transportation to McGrath’s Materials Recycling Facility, just 10 miles away in Barking. This waste was then processed at the MRF and recycled accordingly.

Roger Ayrton from Enfield Council said “I am very impressed with the swift and professional manner McGrath are working at the site”.

The newly cleared site will allow the client to redevelop the land and build new homes for the area, in the short term it will be used for parking facilities.
